There are no refunds for digital products.

You purchase each design once, and print as many as you need. You may opt to add your own message to the back when printing.
Printing requires a full-color printer and quality card stock. For best results, submit your design to a professional printer. (Our designs meet VistaPrint specifications.)
Each post card design purchase includes two images:
- Large image: 1835x1235 pixels, 300 dpi. The actual file size is 6.12 x 4.12 inches to accommodate a bleed trim for professional print services.
- Small image: 600x425 pixels for your website, presentations, emails, e-newsletters, or other digital communications.
General Download Information
When you purchase a downloadable digital product, you receive an email with one or more download links, and your Username and Password for continued access to your digital item(s).
